摘要
目的探讨放射性^(131)I治疗甲状腺功能亢进(简称甲亢)性心脏病患者的护理方法。方法 2015年6-12月,便利抽样法选取在南通大学附属医院核医学科治疗的100例甲亢性心脏病患者为研究对象。在患者接受放射性^(131)I治疗前、中、后采用针对性的护理措施,将疾病知识、用药方法、并发症预防、注意事项等传授给患者及其家属,以提高治疗的效果,减少并发症的发生。结果 100例甲亢性心脏病患者治愈66例、治疗有效26例、8例患者出现甲状腺功能减退。结论有效的护理可以明显提高甲亢性心脏病患者进行放射性^(131)I治疗的效果,亦可减少患者并发症的发生,从而提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To discuss the nursing methods of radioactive iodine-131 on patients with hyperthy-roid cardiopathy.Methods By convenience sampling,100 cases were selected and received targeted nursing interventions before,during and after radioactive iodine-1 3 1 treatment.The disease knowledge,medication methods,complication prevention and attention were delivered to patients and their families,the treatment effect was improved and the incidence of complications was reduced.Results Totally 6 6 cases were cured, 2 6 cases were effective,8 cases turned to hypothyroidism.Conclusions Along with the effective nursing, the radioactive iodine-1 3 1 treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect,and reduce the incidence of complications,thus to improve patients’quality of life.
