摘要
随着农村产权制度改革的深入,如何活跃农村产权市场成为学者们关注的话题。研究发现,农村产权经纪人在活跃农村产权市场中发挥着巨大作用,主要体现在农村产权经纪人可以降低交易成本、扩大交易范围、促进农村产权高效流转等方面。充分发挥农村产权经纪人的作用,不仅需要成立农村产权经纪人协会,而且要加强队伍建设,制订相关的保障措施。
With the rural property right system reform going further, how to active rural property market becomes a popular problem to scholars. The study found that rural property broker plays an important role in rural property market, such as cutting transaction costs, expanding the scope of the transaction. In order to make the rural property brokers give full play, we need to strengthen team construction, and establish related supporting measures.
