摘要
针对海洋平台压力管道极易出现的腐蚀缺陷,介绍了ASME B31G、DNV-RP-F101两种传统的安全评定准则.传统的安全评定准则具有一定的适用范围与保守性,针对其存在的局限性,利用数值分析Ansys软件进行管道缺陷模拟,通过与爆破试验结果进行对比分析,表明有限元分析可以最大程度上降低损失、减小危害,为管道的安全运行和决策提供理论依据.
Aimed at the easy-to-happen corrosive defect in pressure pipeline on marine platform, two kinds of traditional safety assessment criterion ASME B31G and DNV RP-F101 are introduced. These two criteria have certain applicable scope and conservatism. Aimed at their limitations in this article the pipeline defect simulation is carried out with Ansys workbench software. By means of comparison to burst test result, it is shown that by using finite element analysis, the loss and damage can be reduced to the utmost extent, providing a theoretical basis for safe operation of pipeline and decision making.
