摘要
合成了具有不同结构的30种未见报道有芳香结构的不对称的双席夫碱,新化合物结构通过元素分析、核磁共振和红外光谱等确认。其中对化合物1-(4-甲基苯基)-1-(3-溴-6-羟基苯基)-2-(N-巯基苯基)亚胺(5a3)进行晶体结构培养并采用四圆X-射线衍射仪解析确认该类化合物结构,同时对新合成的不对称夫碱进行抑菌活性测试,其中11种不对称双席夫碱对金黄色葡萄球菌具有明显抑制活性。
This article reports 30 kinds of synthesized asymmetric double Schiff bases with different aromatic structures.The strutures of new compounds were confirmed by elementl analysis,nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopy.One of the compounds was cultured crystal structure and structures of the compounds analyzed by X-ray diffractometer.Antibacterial activity of new synthesized asymmetric double Schiff bases were tested,and eleven asymmetric double Schiff bases have significantly antibacterial activity to Staphylococcus aureus.
