摘要 生物体基因组不断受到各种内外因素的威胁仍能保持遗传信息的稳定传递,与机体不同类型的DNA修复功能密切相关。但是,当DNA修复功能异常不能及时有效地对受损的DNA进行修复时,基因组的稳定性就会受到挑战,从而导致染色体结构发生变化等一系列事件的发生,最终导致肿瘤的发生或者进展。因此,对DNA修复功能的机制进行深入研究有助于治疗、延缓肿瘤进展。 Organism genome constantly threatened by various internal and external factors can still main- tain the stability of the genetic information transmission, which is closely related to the different types of DNA repair function of the body. However, when the dysfunction of DNA cannot be timely and effectively repaired, the stability of the genome will be challenged ,which results in changes of chromosome structure and a series of events that eventually lead to the occurrence of tumorigenesis or progress. Therefore,in-depth study of the DNA repair function mechanism can be used to treat and delay the progress of tumor.
