微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定配合饲料中的9种矿物元素

Determination of Nine Mineral Elements in Formula Feed by Microwave Digestion and Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES)

摘要 样品前处理采用HNO3-H2O2体系进行微波消解,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定配合饲料中钙、钠、磷、镁、钾、铁、锌、铜和锰9种矿物元素的含量。在优化的条件下,方法检出限在0.002-0.187 mg/L之间,线性相关系数高于0.997,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于4%(n=7),其测定结果与国家标准方法测定结果的相对相差在1.09%-4.05%之间。运用该方法对国家标准物质GBW10017(GSB-8奶粉)进行测定,回收率在91%-102%之间,测定结果令人满意。 The sample was pre-digested by microwave digestion with HNO3-H2O2 system.At the same time,nine mineral elements(Ca,Na,P,Mg,K,Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn) in formula feed were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Under the optimized conditions and effects,the detection limits ranged from 0.002 mg/L to 0.187mg/L,the linearly dependent coefficient of the curve was more than 0.997,and RSD 4%(n =7).Compared with national standard method,the relative difference of this method was between 1.09% and 4.05%.By using this method,national standard reference material GBW10017(GSB-8 Milk Powder)was determined,and the recovery ratio was between 91% and102%.The test results were satisfied.
