摘要
城市应急备用水源是城市供水安全保障系统的重要组成部分,从城市供水水源体系构成的角度,辨析城市供水水源的有关概念,梳理分析城市应急备用水源概念与内涵,分析城市应急备用水源工程的建设类型和思路。城市应急备用水源建设和运行需结合常规供水水源,在独立水源、水源间、城市内部区域间、城乡间、城市间、区域间乃至流域间等不同空间尺度上,进行统筹安排和协同运作。
Alternate sources form a critical part of securing emergency water supply in cities. Concept and connotation of alternate sources are systematically studied from the view of formation of sources for urban water supply. Examinations are also made on options of water source projects. It is pointed out that construction and operation of alternate water source schemes should be integrated with conventional ones. Integrated approaches and coordinated operation should be applied to various spatial dimensions, among independent and varied water sources, and within cities and regions as well as river basins.
