乳酸菌作为DNA疫苗载体的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 乳酸菌(lactic acid bacteria,LAB)属于革兰阳性、兼性厌氧菌,其基因组中GC含量较低,是一类可以利用碳水化合物发酵产生乳酸的一类菌的总称,包括肠球菌、乳杆菌、乳球菌、明串珠菌、片球菌、链球菌和双歧杆菌等众多种属,被广泛地应用于食品发酵、医药生产、保健药物及饲料添加剂等工业,美国食品和药品监督管理局(FDA)将乳酸菌认定为安全的食品级微生物[1]。
