拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压的疗效及对分娩结局的影响被引量：4

摘要目的分析拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压的临床疗效及对分娩结局的影响。方法 124例妊娠高血压患者,根据治疗不同方法分为对照组(55例)与观察组(69例)。对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用拉贝洛尔治疗,对比两组血压水平变化及分娩结局情况。结果观察组血压水平控制明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且总不良分娩结局率5.80%低于对照组21.82%(P<0.05)。结论采用拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压效果显著,有利于稳定控制血压水平和改善分娩结局。
