摘要
目的对西藏地区儿童微量元素检测结果进行分析。方法检测342例儿童的Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe含量,分析藏族和汉族间微量元素水平的差异;根据年龄大小将其分为3个年龄组,对各年龄组间的微量元素水平及缺乏率进行比较。结果藏族和汉族间微量元素水平无统计学差异;Ca、Zn及Fe水平在不同年龄组间具有显著差异;Ca缺乏率随年龄的增长逐渐降低。结论微量元素缺乏与否可能与年龄和儿童的饮食状况及生长环境有关,在四种微量元素中Fe的缺乏率最高,应注意儿童膳食结构的调整。
Objective: To analyze the level of trace elements of Children in Tibet. Methods: To detect the levels of Ca, Mg, Zn and Fe of 342 children and analyze the difference between Tibet and Han. The 342 cases of children were divided into three group according to the age and the trace elements and deficiency in each group were analyzed. Results: The trace element levels between Tibet and Han had no significant difference. The levels of Ca, Zn and Fe were significant difference among different age group. There was a decreased trendence of Ca with the increasing of the age. Conclusion: The deficiency of trace elements or not could be associated with age, diet and growth environment. The deficiency rate of Fe was highest in four kinds of trace elements. It should pay attention to the adjustment of children' s dietary structure.
