摘要
师承教育以"个性化"为特征,院校教育则以"标准化"为特征。师承教育主要强调临证实用、技能训练,而院校教育则主要解决学术与知识的大量积累。师承教育更符合专业自身特点,院校教育则能满足时代、社会需要。但是,目前院校教育与师承教育很难结合主要是受客观条件的限制,且与现行课程体系相矛盾和与教育公平理念抵牾等。因此,要寻求师承教育与院校教育的最佳契合点、加强师资队伍建设、完善考核机制、加强软硬件建设、调整中医院校招生模式。使院校教育与师承教育各有侧重,不可替代,将师承教育融入院校教育之中。
Apprentice education is characteristic of individuation while college education is marked by standardization. The former emphasizes clinical practice and training skill, and the latter focuses on accumulation of academic knowledge. Apprentice education conforms more to TCM professional features, and college education better satisfies requirements from the times and society. However, it is rather difficult to combine the two types of education together due to limitation of objective conditions, current course system and the concept of educational equality etc. So it is necessary for us to find a way to best integrate the two modes, enhance teaching staff construction, complete evaluation mechanism, reinforce soft hardware building, and adjust student admission modes, with the purpose of blending apprentice education into college education and placing different particular emphasis on each educational mode.
