摘要
目的:分析鬼针草属植物抗氧化活性的化学成分。方法 :采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术构建鬼针草属植物指纹图谱,同时测定不同批次鬼针草属植物总提取物清除羟自由基的作用,以偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA)对指纹图谱与清除自由基作用进行相关性研究。结果:10批鬼针草属植物抗氧化能力差异明显,17个共有峰中7、9、12、13、14、15号共有峰所代表的化学物质为主要抗氧化成分。结论:HPLC结合PLS-DA可作为鬼针草属植物抗氧化活性的谱效关系研究方法。
Objective:To analyze the ingredients with antioxidation of plants in Bidens. Methods:High perfor mance liquid chromatography(HPLC) technique was used to determine the fingerprint of plants in Bidens, and the effects of scavenging hydroxyl radical in the total extracts from different batches of plants in Bidens. The correlation analysis between HPLC fingerprint and antioxidation was carried out with PLS-DA method. Results:The differences of the antioxidant ability were obvious among the 10 batches of plants in Bidens. Among the 17 common peaks,ingredients indicated by the common peaks of 7,9,12,13,14,15 were the main antioxidant chemicals. Conclusion:HPLC combined with PLS-DA could be used as the method of correlation analysis between HPLC fingerprint and antioxidation of plants in Bidens.
