摘要
依据南水北调中线一期引江济汉工程荆州段监理服务质量控制的实践,采用AHP方法,建立了评价指标体系和评价阈值,分析了工程监理质量控制体系建设、工程开工条件控制、工程施工过程质量控制等敏感指标,并对其进行评价:工程监理质量控制综合评价值为0.92,评价为优良,与实际情况基本吻合。
According to the engineering practice of the Jinzhou Reach of the Water Diversion Works from the Yangtze River to the Hanjiang River in the Middle Route of the South-to-north Water Diversion Project, the quality of the super- vision service is evaluated. The evaluation index system and evaluation thresholds are constructed with the AHP method. Several sensitive indicators are analyzed and evaluated, including the supervision quality control system, engineering start condition control, and construction process quality control. The results show that the overall evaluation value of the supervision quality control is 0.92, which is rated as excellent.
