摘要世界人口正面临老龄化,根面龋是老年人的常见病。目前已有诸多临床研究显示老年人根面在实施了局部用氟的预防处理后,可有效抑制新的根面龋发生或使活动期的根面龋进入静止期。氟化物的防龋作用机制主要体现于抑制牙体硬组织脱矿、促进再矿化以及抑制致龋菌。本文综述了含氟牙膏、漱口水、凝胶以及保护漆的成分及其效果,以及氟化物抑制根面龋的相关机制的研究进展。 Root caries is a common disease in the elder people, thus great emphasis should be placed on it should pay great attention on it. A large amount of studies indicated that topical fluoride seemed to be efficacious to reduce initiation or inactivation of root caries lesions, after being applied on root surfaces in the elder people. The main mechanism of fluoride in caries prevention included inhibiting demineralization, promoting remineralization and surpressing inhibiting cariogenic bacteria.The article summarized several different kinds of agents in fluoride dentifrice, mouth rinse, gel and varnish and their mechanisms and effects in root caries prevention of the elder people.
