摘要
城市轨道交通作为我国大中型城市的主要交通方式,正处于蓬勃的发展期,随着牵引传动技术的发展,更快捷舒适的城轨车辆投入使用。而牵引电机作为城轨车辆的驱动力,其重要地位不言而喻,本文依托城轨车辆的牵引电机,研究一种对于牵引变频电机的测试系统,分析了测试系统中的牵引实验台设备的操作方法和其软硬件组成部分,分别进行了牵引工况下的空载和负载试验,对不同负载工况下的牵引电机运行特性进行了分析和比较。实验结果表明,本测试系统具有较好的实用价值。
Urban rail transit is in the booming development period as the primary mode of transportation of large and medium cities, with the development of traction drive technology, more efficient and comfortable urban rail vehicles in using. The urban rail vehicle traction motor as a driving force, its importance is self-evident, this article relies urban rail vehicle traction motors, variable frequency motor traction for Research on a test system, analyze the test bench system traction device methods of operation and its hardware and software components. Respectively traction conditions of load and load tests, traction motor operating characteristics for different load conditions were analyzed and compared. Experimental results show that the test system has good practical value.
