摘要
自改革开放以来,我国经济飞速发展,人民生活水平不断提高,对医疗服务的要求也日益增高。在社会变革和医疗体制改革的双重夹击下,医患矛盾成为日益突出的问题,给医护人员生理、心理造成巨大的压力,甚至直接影响到了医疗服务质量。患者作为医护人员工作的直接对象,必然成为医护人员职业紧张的受害者。为了保障医护人员的身心健康,提高医疗服务质量,医护人员的职业紧张问题亟需高度关注。以相关文献为依据介绍了医护人员职业紧张现状,简述了职业紧张对医护人员健康的危害,并分析了我国医护人员职业紧张的主要影响因素。
Since reform and opening up,people＇s demand for medical services is increasing with the rapid development of China＇s economy. In the double whammy of social reform and medical system reform,the doctor-patient conflicts has become more and more prominent,which has caused unprecedented pressure to the physiological and psychological health of medical personnel,and even has adverse effects on the quality of medical service.As the direct object of the medical service,patients become the first victims of occupational stress of medical personnel. In order to protect the health of medical personnel and improve the quality of medical service,it is urgent to pay more attention to the occupational stress of the medical personnel. Based on the relevant literature,this paper introduces the occupational stress status of medical personnel,describes the harm of occupational stress on the health of medical personnel,and analyzes the main influencing factors of occupational stress of medical staffs in China.
