摘要
黑社会性质组织犯罪区别于一般暴力犯罪、个人极端主义犯罪,它具有极大的社会危害性,影响了社会治安总体稳定。随着我国法制建设的不断推进和司法体制改革的不断深入,黑社会性质组织犯罪越来越受到社会各界的广泛关注。因此,要从政治、经济、文化、社会、立法等多个层面入手,建立健全证人保护、取保候审等司法制度,完善公、检、法打黑除恶体制机制,加强社会综合治理,切实铲除黑社会性质组织赖以生存的土壤,多层次全方位遏制黑社会性质组织犯罪向更高层次的犯罪形态转化。
The crimes committed by organizations with underworld characteristics are different from violent crimes and crimes committed by individual extremists as they do more harm to society and affect social order and stability. With further legal development and judicial reformation, the crimes committed by organizations with underworld characteristics draw more and more public attention. Therefore, it is politically, economically, culturally, socially and legislatively necessary to establish or perfect judicial systems of protecting witnesses and bailing, courts＇ and procuratorates＇ mechanism of combating such crimes, to strengthen social comprehensive governance, to root out any soil that breads evils and to comprehensively curb the development of such organizations to higher level.
