摘要
我国普通高校为解决后勤管理中存在的问题,循序渐进地进行了高校后勤社会化的改革,但是由于该改革的实践缺乏全面的理论支撑及执行力度不够等原因,一直以来没有从根本上解决普通高校后勤管理工作中存在的问题,而这些问题在新升本院校中又表现的尤为突出,致使甘肃省内新升本院校后勤管理工作不能有效保障学校的教学、科研和师生生活.从甘肃省新升本院校后勤管理的现状出发,阐述及分析甘肃省新升本院校在后勤人力资源管理方面存在的问题,探讨在甘肃省新升本院校推行后勤人力资源精细化管理的基本思路和具体方法.
To solve the logistical management problems, the universities in China take the logistics socialization reform step by step. However, because of the lack of theoretical support and enforcement for the practice of the reform, the fundamental logistics manage- ment problems have been not solved. Furthermore, these problems in newly-promoted Universities are particularly prominent, and make the logistics management of newly-promoted Universities in Gansu province increasingly unable to effectively protect the school's teaching, research and students' life. The logistical management is incompatible with the development of the school perfor- mance of newly-promoted Universities in Gansu. This essay takes the cases of logistics management of the current situation of newly- promoted Universities in Gansu as example, focuses on existing issues of logistics human resource management, and discusses the ba- sic ideas and specific methods to implement delicacy management of logistic human resources in Gansu newly-promoted Universities.
