摘要
天然气长输管道压缩机首次开车通常采用外部洁净液氮作为干气密封气源,投产费用较高且存在安全隐患。干气密封气源预处理系统直接引入管道内天然气,进行三级递进分离净化后作为密封气源,三级分离分别采用气液分离器、不锈钢丝毡滤芯过滤器和凝聚式滤芯过滤器。该系统撬装化设计,简化了工艺和设备投入,可重复使用。实践表明该系统可大幅降低压缩机开工投资,安全可靠,经济效益好。
Outer cleaning liquid nitrogen is often used as the source of dry gas seal for the start-up of compressors used in long natural gas transportation pipeline, in which the cost of investment is high and hidden risk for safety exists. Pretreatment system thus was introduced for the source of dry gas seal. In this system gas was separated and cleaned in three stages in which gas and liquid separator, stainless steel filter with wire and felt cartridge and filter with coalescing cartridge were used. The system is designed to modularity style, with which both fabrication and used equipment can be simplified. This system can be reused, thus from the use of this system the investment of the compressors in start-up can be greatly reduced, the safety of the system can be guaranteed and high economic profit can be obtained.
