摘要
风洞试验设备承受交变载荷的作用。文章采用理想弹塑性有限元法,借助ANSYS对试验设备中一承受交变载荷的大开孔焊制异径三通进行模拟计算,得到极限载荷。依据Melan定理,通过寻找修正一个与时间无关的自平衡应力场,推导结构处于安定状态下的应力分布状态并计算得到结构的安定载荷及安定因子。最后将安定载荷与标准数值进行比较,对大开孔异径三通的设计计算提供参考。
In wind tunnel test, cyclic loads act on the equipment. In this paper, by using ideal elastoplastic finite element method and software ANSYS, simulative calculation for large opening welded different diameter T joint in test equipment, which bears cyclic load, was performed and the limit load was obtained. Based on Melan theorem and with finding a time independent self-equilibrating stress field, the shake-down stress distribution in the structure was deduced, and shake-down load and shake-down factor were calculated. Finally, shake-down load was compared with standard one so as to provide reference in design of large opening different diameter T joint.
