摘要
对广西区内南宁、崇左、钦州、梧州、玉林、河池等市的桉树溃疡病进行病害调查、病原菌分离及致病性测定,采用病原菌形态特征结合基因分子系统学分析方法对病原菌进行鉴定,为防治桉树溃疡病提供病原学基础。结果表明,引起广西桉树溃疡病的病原菌分别是桉壳囊孢菌(Cytospora eucalypticola)、小新壳梭孢菌(Neofusioccum parvum)和一种新的桉树溃疡病致病菌——可可毛色二孢菌(Lasiodiplodia theobromae)。
Spot canker survey, pathogen isolation and identification of Eucalyptus in several cities of Guangxi such as Nanning, Chongzuo, Qinzhou, Wuzhou, Yulin and Hechi were performed. The pathogen was identified through morphological characteristics and genetic molecu- lar analysis, which could lay an etiology foundation for preventing and treating Eucalyptus canker. The results showed that the pathogen cau- sing canker was Cytospora eucalypticola, Neofusicoccum parvum and Lasiodiplodia theobromae, of which Lasiodiplodia theobromae was a newly-found canker pathogen.
