摘要
鉴于机油吸附与尾气排放中碳烟颗粒的动态分布关系尚未得到充分的分析研究,同时为了深入认识机油退化机理,实现在线状态监测;对碳烟颗粒缸内分布和机油吸附特性进行了仿真和试验研究。仿真结果表明,扭矩对碳烟生成量影响显著。结合仿真结果在单缸柴油机台架上对碳烟在机油吸附和尾气排放中的分布情况进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,低扭矩工况下机油吸附碳烟颗粒的速率较为明显;在高扭矩工况下,碳烟主要从尾气中排放,机油吸附碳烟颗粒的速率较低。经计算得出两者间的分布关系,为发动机的使用提供实际指导。
In view of the oil absorption and emission in the full analysis of the dynamic relationship between the distribution of soot particles is not yet available. In order to understand the mechanism of degradation of the oil,for online condition monitoring,having cylinder distribution and oil absorption characteristics of soot particles simulation and experimental studies. Simulation results show that the torque have significant effect to the soot generation amount. Combined with simulation results on the single cylinder diesel bench had a series of oil absorption and emission of distribution test. The results showed that the adsorption rate is low torque conditions oil soot particles is more obvious in high torque conditions,mainly soot from exhaust emissions,lower oil absorption rate of soot particles. Distribution calculated by the relationship between the two,to provide practical guidance for the use of the engine.
