摘要
目的探讨临床模拟情境教学法在中医儿科教学中的应用效果。方法选择2015年1-12月于我院中医儿科进行实习的中医专业学生35例作为研究组,选择2014年1-12月于我院中医儿科进行实习的中医专业学生35例作为对照组。对照组采取传统带教模式,研究组在此基础上应用临床模拟情境教学法。结果研究组学生考核成绩(85.6±6.8)分、实习满意度(94.2±3.5)分,均高于对照组(73.5±5.3)分、(80.5±3.5)分,对比差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论临床模拟情境教学法在中医儿科教学中具有显著的应用效果,学生在形象、直观的教学中可以更好的掌握与运用知识,提高综合能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical simulation situation teaching method in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods From January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital pediatric practice of traditional Chinese medicine students in 35 cases as a research group, from January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital of traditional Chinese medicine pediatric of traditional Chinese medicine students in 35 cases as a control group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, the study group was based on the application of clinical simulation teaching method. Results Study group student assessment results were(85.6±6.8) and internship satisfaction(94.2±3.5), were higher than those in the control group(73.5±5.3),(80.5±3.5),the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Clinical simulation situation teaching method has a significant effect on the application of traditional Chinese medicine in pediatric teaching, students in the image, intuitive teaching can better grasp and use of knowledge, and improve comprehensive ability.
