摘要
目的探讨中药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法 260例冠心病心绞痛患者依照不同治疗措施进行分组,A组实施(中药+西药)治疗模式130例,B组实施常规西药治疗模式130例。结果 A组患者治疗有效率高于B组,不良反应率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论中药应用于冠心病心绞痛患者,治疗成效更为明显。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 260 cases of coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris in accordance with the different treatment measures were divided into groups, A group（traditional Chinese medicine ＋ western medicine） treatment mode 130 cases, B group of 130 cases of conventional western medicine treatment. Results The effective rate of A group was higher than that of B group, and the adverse reaction rate was lower than that of B group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, the treatment effect is more obvious.
