摘要
从我国的国情出发,评估建国以来教育环境的整体状况。在分析当前高等院校在自我发展中存在大师难觅、师资素质整体下滑和重科研、轻教育等问题后,给出两点建议:其一从教育部管理层面完善现行高等院校教师岗前培训制度,并建立长期服务于高等院校教师德育培训的基地;其二从高等院校发展规划方面提出教师分类管理机制,鼓励教师回归立德树人这一本职工作。
By proceeding from national conditions, the paper has evaluated overall situation of education environment since the foundation of the People's Republic of China. On the basis of analyzing the main problems that educational master is hard to find- teachers' quality is sliding of the genera, paying attention to scientific research, looking down on quality of teaching for current china higher education institutions in self-development. Two suggestions are pointed out. those that universities improve current teachers' pre-service training from ministry of education management range manipulation, developing a settlement for a long-term college teachers ' morality training, and those that put forward teacher mechanism of sort management in development strategy aspects, encouraging most teachers to complete the work of strengthening morality education.
