颌面部整形修复中CT三维重建测量的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 临床分析三维重建测量技术在颌面整形修复中的临床应用。方法 选取我院2016年1-3月收治的78例整形外形患者,按照随机分配方式,将其分为研究组(39例)和对照组(39例),对照组通过MRI和CT三维重建图像分析,研究组通过三维扫描技术重建图像分析,对比两组手术指标。结果 经过分析,研究组估计出血量、血流阻断时间、手术时间比对照组低,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 对于整形外科治疗,三维扫描技术指导术前模拟和切除术,可减少手术风险,降低整形损伤率。 Objective To analyze the clinical application of three-dimensional reconstruction technique in maxillofacial plastic surgery. Methods In our hospital,from January to March 2016 treated 78 cases of plastic shape patients,according to the random distribution,devided into the study group(39 cases)and the control group(39 cases). Control group by MRI and CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction image analysis,study group by 3D scanning technology to restore the image analysis,compared two groups of operation index. Results After the analysis,the study group estimated blood loss,blood flow blocking time,surgery time were significantly lower than the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion For plastic surgery,3D scanning technique can reduce the risk of surgery and reduce the rate of plastic surgery.
