摘要
文章在分析总结不同条件下公路隧道的实际震害程度及其危害的基础上,参考建筑、桥梁、轨道交通、铁路等其它领域抗震设防目标,综合考虑我国目前的经济、技术状况,提出了公路隧道基于其性能的抗震设防目标与标准并与现行规范进行了对比。结果表明,本文采用"两水平设防、两阶段设计"的抗震设计方法,对E2地震作用下的塑性抗震设计作了明确规定,因此,对于沉管隧道、盾构隧道以及明挖隧道十分重要,弥补了现行规范的不足。
According to an analysis of the actual degree of seismic damage to highway tunnels under different con- ditions, and referring to seismic fortification goals for other sectors, such as buildings, bridges, rail transit and rail- way engineering, the performance-based highway tunnel seismic fortification goals and standards are put forward and compared with the existing standards considering the current economic and technical conditions in China. The results show that the plastic seismic design against the effects of an E2 earthquake is explicitly defined by the "two- level seismic fortification and two-stage seismic design" given in this paper, which is extremely important tbr im- mersed tunnels, shield tunnels and open-cut tunnels and complements the existing specifications and standards.
