摘要
将无甲醛树脂与低甲醛树脂拼混,对棉织物进行超低甲醛免烫整理。研究低甲醛与无甲醛树脂的质量比、拼混树脂、催化剂氯化镁、柠檬酸和柔软剂的质量分数,以及焙烘条件等对织物整理效果的影响。得到优化整理工艺为:无甲醛树脂与低甲醛树脂质量比2.6∶1,拼混树脂总质量分数8%,氯化镁2%,柠檬酸0.1%,柔软剂ST420 2%,JFC 0.1%,130℃烘干,150℃焙烘120 s。采用拼混树脂整理织物,能获得较好的折皱回复角和断裂强力,且布面甲醛释放量较低。
A super-low formaldehyde easy care treatment of cotton fabric with a mixture of formalde- hyde-free resin and low formaldehyde resin is carried out. The effects of resin concentration, mass ratio of formaldehyde-free resin to low formaldehyde resin, catalyst and softening agent concentrations, curing temperature and time on the performance of treated fabric are analyzed. The optimal process conditions are as follows: ratio of formaldehyde-free to low formaldehyde resin 2.6: 1, resin 8%, magnesium chloride 2%, citric acid 0.1%, softening agent ST420 2%, JFC 0.1%, drying at 130℃ and curing at 150℃ for 120 s. The crease recovery angle and breaking strength of cotton fabric treated with mixed resin are good, and formaldehyde release is low.
