摘要
有机-无机杂化钙钛矿基异质结太阳能电池效率提升速度十分迅猛,其光电转换效率极有可能在短时间内提高至25%以上。其中,杂化钙钛矿薄膜的致密性直接关系到薄膜性能的优劣,对获得高效率太阳能电池具有重要影响。介绍了杂化钙钛矿材料的特性,重点探讨不同方法制备的杂化钙钛矿薄膜致密性对太阳能电池效率的影响,并分析存在的问题和展望其发展前景。
The efficiency of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells increases rapidly and it is likely to reach more than 25% in a short period of time. The film properties are directly related to the densification of the hybrid perovskite film, which has an important influence on the performance of the solar cells. The characteristics of hybrid perovskite materials are introduced and the effects of perovskite films prepared by different methods on the efficiency of hybrid perovskite solar cells are mainly discussed. Additionally, the existing problems are analyzed and its future development is also forecasted.
