摘要
农民田间学校是联合国粮农组织提出和倡导的农民培训方法,是以农民为中心,通过组织农民参与分析、研究和解决农业生产中的实际问题,从而提高其自信心和决策能力的新型农技推广方式,[1]在推行过程中显现出经济、生态和社会三大效益。[2]因此,本研究以"培训—职业匹配"为研究的理论基础,通过对陕西省宝鸡市太白县的调研发现,农民田间学校在实践过程中存在培训内容不符合农民需求,培训方法缺乏灵活性以及师资队伍质量不高等问题,其主要原因是农民田间学校在我国发展处于起步阶段,政府对农民田间学校缺乏资金投入,管理体系不完善等。因此,为提升农民田间学校的发展质量,其培训目标、时间、内容、方法和师资队伍等方面应与农民需求相匹配,构建"培训—职业匹配"的农民田间学校模式,实现新型职业农民的培训目标。
The farmer field school is a farmer training method advocated by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), which takes farmers as the center. Through organizing the farmers into the analysis, this method could study and solve the practical problems in agricultural production, so as to improve their self-confidence and the ability to extend the new agricultural tech- nology, which shows economic, ecological and social benefits in the process of implementation. Therefore, taking the "training-profes- sional matched" as the theoretical basis, through the survey in Taibai County, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, we found that there exist some problems such as the training content does not meet farmers' needs, lack of flexibility, and low quality of teaching staff. The main reasons of the problems above include : the farmer field school in China is of its initial stage, lack of funding from the government, im- perfect management system and so on. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of the farmer field schools, its training goals, time, contents, methods and teaching staff should be matched with the farmers' demand, a "training-professional matched" model should be constructed, so that the training goal of new professional farmers could be realized.
