摘要 高校教师继续教育是建设学习型社会的需要,是高等教育内涵式发展的需要,也是教师专业化发展的需要。当前,高校教师继续教育在观念层面、制度层面、投入层面和教学层面上陷入了困境。从深化对继续教育的认识、完善继续教育管理系统、确保继续教育经费充足和优化继续教育教学体系上努力,能有效优化高校教师继续教育体系。 Carrying out the college teachers' continuing education is the need of building learning society, intensive development of higher education and teachers' professional development. Currently, college teachers get into trouble in the aspects of conception, system, devotement and teaching. We can make efforts to deepen the understanding of continuing education, improve its management system, guarantee the adequate funding and optimize the teaching system of continuing education, which could effectively optimize the college teachers' continuing education system.
