摘要 美国在教师教育中注重教师专业发展,教师的资格认定和从业标准。随着社会环境与学校环境的快速变化,各州需要招聘新教师,但是现有的教师教育项目不能满足教师队伍变化的需求,一部分教师接受的培训不能把教育理论与实际教学融合起来。为此,美国对教师教育进行了改革,提出改善教师教育培训项目、改进评价标准、改善专业发展学校等新措施。这些措施进一步地促使了美国教师专业化的发展,提高了美国教师教育的质量。 American teacher education values teachers' qualification, and their professional standards and development. With the rapid development of society and school environment, many states need to employ new teachers, but the existing teacher education programs cannot meet the needs of the changing environment. For example, some teachers cannot put theory into practice. In order to change this situation, America has carried out a reform in teacher education, which is focused on improving teacher training programs, evaluation criteria and professional development school. Those strategies have successfully improved American teachers' professional development and the quality of teacher education.
