均匀化退火对Mg-12Al-1Zn合金组织和性能的影响

摘要 对石墨型铸造Mg-12Al-1Zn合金均匀化退火后的组织及性能进行了研究。结果表明:在420℃保温24 h均匀化退火后,β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相以层片状组织析出,随着退火冷却速度的降低,β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相的析出量逐渐增多,在冷却速度为0.0201 K/s时完全析出,平均层片间距随冷却速度降低而增大,并有少量溶断。经均匀化退火后,合金的布氏硬度值比铸态有所提高,且随着冷却速度的降低,布氏硬度先增大后减小,在冷却速度为0.0201 K/s时达到最高值87.7 HB。 The microstructure and properties of graphite mold casting Mg- 12Al-1Zn magnesium alloy after homogenizing annealing were studied. The results show that 13-Mg17Al12 phase precipitates in lamellar morphology after homogenizing at 420℃ for 24 h. With the decrease of cooling rate in the annealing process, the precipitation amount of 13-Mg17Al12 phase increases gradually,and reaches complete precipitation when the cooling rate is 0.0201 K/s. The average lamellar spacing increases with the decrease of cooling rate, and a small amount of 13 phase dissolves and breaks off. After homogenizing annealing, the Brinell hardness of the alloy is improved compared with the casting. And with the decrease of cooling rate, the Brinell hardness firstly increases and then decreases. The hardness reaches the highest value of 87.7 HB when cooling rate is 0.0201 K/s.
