摘要
为更好地了解与利用热带豆科绿肥,利用埋袋法模拟研究了热区豆科猪屎豆属(Crotalaria Linn.)、紫云英属(Astragalus Linn.)、田菁属(Sesbania Scop.)、千斤拔属(Flemingia Roxb.)、山蚂蝗属(Desmodium Desv.)和木豆属(Cajanus DC.)6个属绿肥的腐解特性。结果表明:同科不同属的腐解动态差异主要体现在埋样后的60~120 d,其中猪屎豆属、紫云英属和田菁属的腐解变化曲线基本重合,经过360 d的腐解,有机碳残留量变幅为千斤拔属(1.02%)〉山蚂蝗属(0.78%)〉木豆属(0.68%)〉田菁属(0.59%)〉紫云英属(0.50%)〉猪屎豆属(0.49%),千斤拔属有机碳贡献量最大;营养期、开花期与结荚期3个生育期样本结果之间的相关系数r分别为0.989、0.996、0.983,生育期间,显著性成对比较结果 p值均为0.000,小于0.05,因此生育期与腐解进程密切相关,在绿肥的实际利用中应适时采割。此结果为热带豆科绿肥的实际应用提供参考。
In order to better understand and utilize the green manure of tropical Leguminosae plants, the decomposition of Crotalaria Linn., Astragalus Linn., Sesbania Scop., Flemingia Roxb., Desmodium Desv., and Cajanus DC.6 genera of tropical green manure was studied by the nylon mesh bag method. The results showed that the decomposition of different genera plants under the same family varied mainly at the early stage after buried for 60-120 days, and that the change of organic carbon residue from the samples of Crotalaria Linn., Astragalus Linn., and Sesbania Scop. showed a parallel curve of decomposition; After 360 days, the change range of organic carbon residue from the samples was in the order: Flemingia Roxb. (1.02%) 〉Desmodium Desv. (0.78%) 〉Cajanus DC. (0.68%) 〉Sesbania Scop. (0.59%) 〉Astragalus Linn. (0.50%) 〉Crotalaria Linn. (0.49%), while Flemingia Roxb. had the largest contribution to organic carbon residue; Sample correlation (r) at trophophase, flowing and fruitsetting stage was 0.989, 0.996, 0.983 and the results of significant analysis was p=0.000 (〈0.05). Therefore, the growth period of the plant was closely related to the decomposing process, and the plants should be practically cut at an appropriate stage when used as green manure. The results provide a reference for the practical application of tropical Leguminosae green manure.
