摘要
近年来,有很多关于激光熔覆表面改性的研究,重点研究对象是表面裂纹,这也是激光熔覆技术的一大障碍。为了解决激光熔覆自身缺陷,文中主要从裂纹的产生原因着手,通过查阅国内外文献,着重探讨了防止表面产生裂纹的措施以及未来发展前景,对改善液压元器件等机械零件的性能提供指导意见。
In recent years, the surface crack is the study focus of laser cladding surface modification, and this is a major obstacle to laser cladding technology. To solve shortcomings of the laser cladding, in this paper, we consult the domestic and foreign literatures about the causes of crack. In this paper, the measures for preventing the crack of the surface and the development prospect of the surface are discussed. The guiding opinions are provided for the performance of the mechanical parts such as changing the hydraulic components.
