摘要
主要研究了固态烧结法制备微孔玻璃的工艺参数,目的在于找出影响微孔玻璃性能的最佳制作工艺和方法。通过改变烧结成核温度、造孔剂种类和添加量、烧结升温及温控方式等工艺和参数,在显微镜下观测不同工艺和参数下,微孔玻璃表面微孔的质量,确定烧结形成的微孔玻璃表面微孔质量与烧结工艺参数的关系,得到了固态烧结法在微孔玻璃制备中的一些基本规律。
To find the best process parameters and method, the technological process and relevant parameters in the solid state sintering method to porous glass preparation are mainly researched in this paper. By changing the nucleation temperature, pore-forming agent type and additive amount, heating rate and preservation control, etc., in state sintering process, the corresponding sample is obtained, then the surface qual ity of the sample can be observed through a microscope, and therefore the relationship between the surface qual ity and the process parameters can be determined. Some basic rules and conclusions about solid state sintering method to porous glass preparation have been achieved final ly.
