摘要
本文通过研究农产品物流及大数据理念的相关理论,阐述了大扶贫背景下"大数据+农产品物流"的内涵,揭示了贵州省农产品物流存在农产品物流认识不足、基础设施建设滞后、信息资源体系不健全、农产品物流统一协调性差、农产品物流体系不完善、农产品质量安全监管机制缺失问题,进而提出提升对"大数据+物流"运营的认识、加快物流基础设施建设、建立农产品物流信息资源库、搭建"大数据+农产品物流"平台、完善"大数据+农产品物流"空间体系、构建农产品溯源机制的发展建议,以期引导贵州省"大数据+农产品物流"走上物流业发展的快车道,加快贵州省电商扶贫的步伐。
Based on the research of agricultural products logistics and the concept of big data related theory, this paper expounded the connotation of 'big data + agricultural products logistics' under the great poverty background, revealed the problems existing in the logistics of agricultural products in Guizhou, such as insufficient understanding about agricultural products logistics, the lag of infrastructure construction, the information resource system of agricultural product logistics is not unified or coordinated, agricultural products logistics system is not perfect, lack of supervision mechanism of the quality and safety of agricultural products, in order to solve these problems, some strategies will be proposed: promote Guizhou departments at all levels to understand the 'big data + logistics' operations, accelerate the construction of logistics infrastructure, establish agricultural products logistics information repository, build 'big data + agricultural product logistics' platform, perfect the 'big data + agricultural products logistics' space system and construct the agricultural products traceability system, lead Guizhou 'big data + logistics of agricultural products' step in the development of the logistics industry fast lane, accelerate the pace of poverty alleviation in Guizhou province electricity dealer.
