制氢装置转化炉炉管短节开裂原因分析 被引量:5

摘要 针对某制氢装置转化炉炉管出口短节的开裂,对其进行宏观形貌检验、合金元素成分分析、金相检验、硬度检验、扫描电镜检验及能谱分析。检验结果表明,短节由于存在化学成分偏析,造成耐高温性能下降,在高温作用下发生了蠕变开裂。针对开裂原因,提出了相应的建议和措施。 Aiming at the furnace tube outlet short section of a hydrogen plant cracked, in order to find out the causes, some experiments were carried out, such as macroscopic examination, alloying element composition analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing, scanning e-lectron microscopy and spectroscopy. The result shows that there is a short section of the chemical composition segregation, its high temperature performance decline under high temperature creep cracking occurred. According to the results, some specific precaution is proposed in this paper.
