摘要
通过喷涂制备了环氧树脂/二硫化钼纳米复合涂层,并使用聚四氟蜡粉末改善了复合涂层的疏水性能及摩擦学性能。探讨了聚四氟蜡填料的含量对纳米复合涂层的疏水性能及摩擦学性能的影响。同时改变摩擦条件,研究复合涂层的摩擦性能。结果表明,环氧树脂/二硫化钼纳米复合涂层体现出良好的疏水性能和优异的摩擦学性能。
The nanocomposite coatings of the epoxy( EP),mixed with polyfluo-150 wax( PFW) and Mo S2 powders,were deposited on substrate of 45# steel by spray coating. The influence of the PFW content on the tribological property and hydrophobicity of the EP / Mo S2 coatings was investigated with scanning electron microscopy and conventional mechanical probes. The preliminary results show that the PFW content significantly improves the tribological properties and hydrophobicity of the EP / Mo S2 coatings. To be specific,as the PFW content increased,the water contact angle of the EP / Mo S2 coatingincreased,indicating markedlyimproved hydrophobicity; and the friction coefficient changed in a decrease-increase mode. Filled at 15%( wt) of PFW,the EP / Mo S2 coating has the strongest wear resistance,with the lowest wear rate and fairly smooth wear tracks.
