摘要
采用低真空压铸AlSi10MgFe合金,对铸件实施高温短时热处理时表面不鼓泡,尺寸稳定,当Mg含量为2.1%时,其伸长率达到了6%;铸态下,铸件的抗拉强度随Mg含量的增加而提高,Mg含量为0.65%时,其屈服强度增加为163MPa;Mg含量为0.89%时,人工时效后合金的抗拉强度达到了356.2 MPa。
The content of gas in the die castings could be reduced by vacuum die casting(VDC),so the castings fabricated by VDC can be subjected to the high temperature short time heat treatment with steady dimension and absence of blisters on the surface.With Mg concent of 2.1%,the elongation of the die castings reaches up to 6%.The tensile strength of the as-cast alloy is increased with increasing in contend of Mg,where the yield strength of the die casting reaches up to 163 MPa with 0.65% Mg content.After the artificial aging,with the Mg content of 0.89%,the tensile strength of the alloy is 356.2MPa.
