摘要
以ZL50轮式装载机为研究对象,首先对轮式装载机液压系统进行分析与改进设计,完成液压系统原理图的拟定,最后在Fluid SIM仿真软件中实现液压动作的仿真和回路控制,验证了设计的正确性。
The ZL50 wheel loader is our research object in this paper. Firstly, the hydraulic system of wheel loader was analyzed and designed, and the schematic diagram of hydraulic system was given. Then, the simulation analysis was carried out by using Fluid SIM software to realize the display and control circuit in order to test the validity of the design.
