摘要
为了探讨亚临床低血钙症奶牛血液、乳汁、粪便、尿液中相关指标的特征,试验选取亚临床低血钙症组和健康对照组奶牛各6头,通过血液、乳汁、粪便、尿液等样品中代谢相关指标的检测,阐明亚临床低血钙奶牛代谢特征。结果表明:在检测到疾病后的试验期间(试验期为4 d),血液指标中亚临床低血钙症组门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和总胆红素(TBIL)极显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01),肌酐(CREA)含量显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05);碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总蛋白(TP)、总胆固醇(TC)指标含量均极显著低于健康对照组(P<0.01);β-羟丁酸(BHBA)、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)均高于健康对照组,其中游离脂肪酸(NEFA)极显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01),BHBA显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05),葡萄糖(GLU)浓度显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05);钙(Ca)、磷(P)、镁(Mg)含量均极显著低于健康对照组(P<0.01)。乳汁指标中,亚临床低血钙症组乳脂率、乳蛋白、干物质均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。粪便指标中,亚临床低血钙症组酸性洗涤纤维显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。尿液指标中亚临床低血钙症组镁离子含量显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05),尿蛋白含量显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。说明亚临床低血钙症奶牛试验期间表现为能量负平衡,肝功能异常,矿物质代谢紊乱,但肠道消化吸收功能正常,肾功能障碍。
To investigate the characteristics of related indexes of the blood, milk, feces and urine from dairy cows with subclinical hypocalce- mia, each s^x dairy cows from subclinical hypocalcemia group and healthy control group were selected in the test. By detecting the blood, breast milk, feces, urine and other samples metabolism - related indicators to clarify metabolic characteristics of dairy cows with subclinical hypocalce- mia were clarified through the detection of metabolism - related indexes of the samples of blood, milk, feces and urine. The results showed that during the experiment after the disease was detected (experiment period of 4 days) the contents of alanine transaminase (AST) and total biliro- bin (TBIL) in the blood indexes of subclinical hypocalcemia group were extremely significantly higher ( P 〈 0. 01 ) than those in the healthy group, and the content of creatinine (CREA) in the subclinical hypecalcemia group was significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) than that in the healthy group; the contents of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), total protein (TP), total cholesterol (TC) in the subclinical hypocalcemia group were extremely significantly lower (P 〈0.01 ) than those in the healthy group; the concentrations of beta- hydroxybutyric acid (BHBA) and non - esterified fatty acid (NEFA) in the subclinical hypocalcemia group were higher than those in the healthy group, and the concentrations of NEFA and BHBA were extremely significantly higher ( P 〈 0.01 ) or significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) than those in the healthy group, respec- tively, and the glucose (GLU) concentration was significantly lower ( P 〈 0.05 ) than that in the healthy group ; the contents of calcium ( Ca), phosphate (P) and magnesium (Mg) in the subclinical hypocalcemia group were extremely significantly lower (P 〈 0.01 ) than those in the healthy group. The milk fat rate, milk protein and dry matter in the milk indexes in the subclinical hypocalcemia group were significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) than those in the h'~althy group, and the content of acid detergent fiber in the fecal indexes in the subclinical hypocalcemiag group was significantly lower (P 〈0.05 ) than that in the healthy group. The contents of magnesium ion and urinary protein in the urine indexes in the subclinical hypocatcemia group were significantly lower ( P 〈 0.05 ) or significantly higher ( P 〈 0. 05 ) than those in the healthy group, respec- tively. The results indicate that during the experiment, the dairy cows with subclinical hypocalcemia present negative energy balance, abnormal liver function and mineral metabolism disturbance, but their intestinal digestion and absorption function is normal, but renal dysfunction is pres- ent.
