基于社交网络的非正式学习的个人知识管理研究——以“微博”为例

摘要 在网络技术快速发展下,社交网络已经成为了人们生活中不可缺少的一部分,同时非正式学习也越来越得到广大人民的关注。研究表明,人们70%的知识来自于非正式场合,而社交网络是人与人之间联系最为广泛、影响力最大的平台,因此也是人们进行非正式学习的最大的虚拟场合。由网络所获取的知识是碎片化的,如何把这些知识有效的整合起来?需要人们利用知识管理把零散的知识形成一个系统的构架,进而达到知识的创新。笔者通过对社交网络,非正式学习,个人知识管理特点及三者之间关系研究,提供相应的策略,旨在提高人们的学习效率。 With the rapid development of network technology, social network has become part of people's lives, and informal learning has also attracted more and more attention, while study found that 70 percent of people got their knowledge from the informal situation. As the most widely used and influential platform, social network is the biggest virtual situation for people's informal learning. However, due to the fragmentation of acquired knowledge, it requires us to effectively integrate the scattered knowledge within a systematic framework by applying knowledge management,and then realize innovative knowledge. Through the study on the features, relationships and impact factors of social network, informal learning and personal knowledge management, this paper proposed the appropriate strategies to improve the learning efficiency.
