摘要
针对现有深松农机具作业阻力大、能耗高、易堵塞及热带地区适用性不强等问题,研制了一款降阻节能凿式深松机。该机利用凿击原理,配合切盘及刃口犁柱等结构,能显著降低能耗、有效缓解机具堵塞。试验结果表明:该机结构相对简单,生产率达0.55 hm^2/h,油耗为25.3 kg/hm^2,松土深度42 mm,破土率97.8%,各项指标均达到设计要求。
Aiming at the existing operation of farm machinery subsoiling resistance, high energy consumption,easy to plug and tropical regions of applicability is not strong and other issues, we developed an energy-savingreduction in resistance subsoiler chisel, machine use Gouge principle, with disc plow blade and cut columnsand other structures, can significantly reduce energy consumption, relieve clogged equipment. The results showedthat: The machine structure is relatively simple, the production rate 0.55 hm^2/h, fuel consumption of 25.3kg /hm^2, tillage depth of 42 mm, a ground-breaking rate of 97.8%, the indicators meet the design requirements.
