摘要
目的探讨温阳健脾法对老年慢性心力衰竭病人血清B型钠尿肽(BNP)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2及肝细胞生长因子(HGF)水平的影响。方法选取武汉市江夏区中医院中医内科收治的心脾阳虚型心衰病人72例,随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组给予常规内科治疗,观察组在常规内科治疗基础上兼用温阳健脾法治疗。观察两组病人治疗前后血清BNP、MMP-2及肝细胞生长因子水平变化情况。结果观察组治疗后BNP、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及MMP-2水平低于对照组(P<0.05),左心功能指标能及HGF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温阳健脾法可以改善心室率,提高心肌供氧,减轻心脏前后负荷,抑制炎性因子合成,提高心脏泵血及充盈能力,抑制细胞损害进展,促进修复,恢复心脏功能水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of Warming Yang and invigorating the spleen therapies on the levels of serum B typenatriuretic peptide（ BNP） , matrix metalloproteinase 2 （ MMP 2）and hepatocyte growth factor （ HGF）in elderly patients with chronicheart failure （ CHF） . Methods Seventy two elderly patients with CHF from our hospital were selected and divided into the controlgroup and the experiment group by different treatment.The serum levels of BNP, MMP 2 and HGF were tested and compared beforeand after treatment.Results Compared with the control group, the BNP,tumor necrosis factor α （ TNF α ）and MMP 2 levels werelower（ P 〈0.05） , the left cardiac function and HGF were higher（ P 〈0.05） .Conclusion Warming Yang and invigorating the spleentherapies can improve the heart rate, increase myocardial oxygen supply, reduce the burden of heart and heart, inhibit the synthesisof inflammatory factors, improve the blood and filling ability of the heart, and inhibit the progress of cell damage, promote the repairand restore cardiac function. The clinical curative effect of Warming Yang and invigorating spleen therapies has little effect, lastingeffect, and is not easy to be repeated, and can be used as the first choice for clinical treatment.
