船舶驾驶台计算机辅助训练系统硬件组态研究

摘要 计算机成像CGI技术及高速数据通信与处理技术的发展,使得航海模拟器在环境真实感和操船行为真实感等方面性能提高显著,近年来十分注重船舶运动数学模型优化、3D效果渲染等方面的研究,而航海仪器及操船设备等硬件组态模拟研究还需进一步加强.为提高桌面型航海模拟器的物理真实感,实现模拟器组件与实船装备通用化,给出了一套利用角度传感器、通用罗经数字接口、转速计、GPS模组、AIS实船设备及STC12C5A60S单片机开发板等设计的与实船仪器设备接口一致的硬件仿真输出方案及虚拟航海仪器界面、海图平面态势及三维视景相结合的模拟器架构方案.将仿真硬件(以IEC61162输出为例)按实船状态进行设备互联,电子电气逼真度高,数据可融入ECDIS模拟器及视景模拟器. The development of Computer imaging generation ( CIG) technology and high-speed data communication and processing has promoted the performances of marine simulators in environmental reality and in operation behavioral reality. In recent years, researches focus on ship motion mathematical model and 3D effect rendering. However, simulated researches on the hardware configuration such as marine simulators and ship operating facilities need to be further carried out. To improve the physical reality of marine simulators and realize the unitization of simulators and component assembly, this paper offers a set of hardware simulating output scheme using the angle senor,compass,tachometers,GPS module, AIS and STC12C5A60S in accordance with the interfaces of real facilities and the simulator architecture scheme with a combination of visual nautical instruments interfaces, chart plane presentation and 3D views. The simulation hardware (take IEC61162 output as an example) is interconnected according to real situations, with a high digital and electrical fidelity. The data can be integrated into the ECDIS simulator and visual simulator.
