摘要
水浸预处理是一种高效处理城市垃圾焚烧飞灰的工艺,以利于飞灰进入水泥窑进行协同处置.文章以城市垃圾焚烧飞灰水浸预处理过程中产生的水浸滤液作为研究对象,确定了批次逆流洗涤过程中产生的水浸滤液中的主要矿物成分为Na Cl和KCl为代表的可溶性氯盐,水浸滤液与制盐卤水的性质较为接近,可通过盐水分离方式达到水浸滤液的资源化利用,为飞灰水浸处理滤液的综合利用提供了技术借鉴和参考.
Research shows that water-leaching pretreatm ent i s a highly efficient processing technology for municipal waste incineration fly ash, which facilitates its entry into the cement kiln for co-processing. This paper studied the filtrate of typical municipal waste incineration fly ash after water-leaching pretreatment and batches of countercurrent water-leaching treatment were conducted to confirm that the main mineral compositions were sodium chloride(Na Cl) and potassium chloride(KCl). And the properties between filtrates and salt brine were compared. The study would provide technical reference for resource utilization of water-leaching filtrates.
