摘要
为研究饲粮中添加花椒籽粉的饲喂效果,选用400只1日龄艾维因肉鸡,随机分为4(Ⅰ-Ⅳ)组,每组设5个重复,每个重复20只鸡,Ⅰ组(对照组)饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ-Ⅳ组(试验组)分别在基础饲粮中添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的花椒籽粉,试验期42 d,测定生产性能、免疫器官指数及肉品质。结果表明,与对照组相比:生产性能方面,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组平均日增体质量分别提高了0.85%(P〉0.05)、4.15%(P〈0.05)、4.19%(P〈0.05),料重比分别降低了1.55%(P〉0.05)、5.67%(P〈0.05)、6.19%(P〈0.05),末体质量分别提高了1.34%(P〉0.05)、6.70%(P〈0.05)、6.79%(P〈0.05);免疫器官指数方面,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组胸腺指数分别显著提高7.16%、8.12%、8.51%,脾脏指数分别显著提高17.29%、18.80%、18.05%,法氏囊指数分别显著提高13.99%、14.51%、14.51%;肉品质方面,Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组p H24h值下降速度分别减缓了1.04%(P〉0.05)、8.32%(P〈0.05)、8.49%(P〈0.05);胸肌红度(a*)值分别显著提高14.29%、14.68%、15.48%。表明饲粮中添加花椒籽粉可以提高肉鸡生产性能和免疫器官指数,改善肉品质,添加量以1.0%为宜。
To investigate the effect of prickly ash seed powder on performance,immune organ indexes and meat quality of broilers,a total of 400 one-day-old avian broilers were randomly divided into four groups with five replicates per group and twenty broilers per replicate. Broilers in group Ⅰ( control group) were fed with basal diet,experimental groups( group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ) were fed with the basal diets supplemented with 0. 5%,1. 0% and 1. 5% prickly ash seed powder,respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 d. The performance,immune organ indexes and meat quality of broilers were detected. The results showed that,compared with the control group,average daily gain were increased by 0. 85%( P 〉0. 05),4. 15%( P 〈0. 05),4. 19%( P 〈0. 05) in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ,respectively,decreased by 1. 55%( P〉0. 05),5. 67%( P 〈0. 05),6. 19%( P 〈0. 05) in feed / gain ratio,and increased by 1. 34%( P 〉0. 05),6. 70%( P 〈0. 05),6. 79%( P 〈0. 05) in body weight. For immune organ index,compared with the control group,thymus index increased by 7. 16%,8. 12%,and 8. 51%,spleen index increased by 17. 29%,18. 80%,and 18. 05%,and bursa of fabricius index increased by 13. 99%,14. 51% and 14. 51% in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ. For meat quality,compared with the control group,p H24 hvalue decreased by 1. 04%( P 〈0. 05),8. 32%( P 〈0. 05),8. 49%( P 〈0. 05) in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ,but for a*value of breast muscle increased by 14. 29%,14. 68%,15. 48%. In conclusion,the supplementation of 1. 0% prickly ash seed powder could enhance the performance and immune organ indexes of broilers,and also improve meat quality.
