响应面法优化龙葵皂苷类成分的提取工艺 被引量:5

摘要 为了探讨龙葵皂苷类成分最佳提取工艺,科学开发利用大别山区龙葵资源,采用单因素试验优化乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取温度、料液比和提取次数等关键影响因素,并以龙葵皂苷提取率为响应值设计响应面优化试验优化大别山龙葵中皂苷类成分的提取工艺。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:乙醇体积分数88%,提取时间4.5 h,料液比1∶15(g/m L),提取温度70℃,提取次数3次。在此条件下进行3次验证试验,龙葵皂苷提取率的平均值为2.489 8%,与回归方程得出的理论数值2.505 3%基本相符。 In order to investigate the extraction technology of saponins from Solanum nigrum L. in Dabie Mountains,the effect of key factors,such as ethanol concentration,extraction time,temperature,solidliquid ratio and extraction times on the yield of saponins were studied based on single factor test,and the extraction technology was further optimized by response surface optimization test. Results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were ethanol concentration of 88%,extraction time of 4. 5 h,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 15( g / m L),extraction temperature of 70 ℃,and extraction times of 3. Under these conditions,the extraction rate of saponins was 2. 489 8%,which approached the theoretical value of 2. 505 3%.
