长链非编码RNA与胆囊癌关系的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是最近新发现的一组RNA,它的转录长度超过200个核苷酸,缺少完整的开放阅读框架,无法编码蛋白质。近年来,越来越多的研究证实它参与多种疾病的病理过程,尤其是恶性肿瘤的形成与发展,与胆囊癌的发展也有密切关系。本文简要总结与胆囊癌有关系的lncRNA,包括肺腺癌转移相关转录本1(metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1,MALAT1)、HOX转录反义RNA(HOX transcript antisence RNA,HOTAIR)、KIAA0125、结肠癌相关转录因子1(colon cancer associated transcript 1,CCAT1)、肿瘤低表达lncRNA(lncRNA-low expression in tumor,lncRNA-LET),为胆囊癌新的肿瘤标志物与新治疗靶点提供一定的依据。 Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA)is a group of newly discovered RNA whose transcript length exceeds 200 nucleotides.lncRNA lacks complete open reading frame and can not code protein.In recent years,more and more researches have demonstrated that it involves the pathological progress of multiple diseases,especially the formation and progression of malignant tumors.This review briefly summarizes the lncRNA associated with gallbladder cancer (GBC),including metastasis -associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 (MALAT1 ),HOX transcript antisence RNA (HOTAIR),KIAA0125,colon cancer associated transcript 1 (CCAT1)and lncRNA-low expression in tumor (lncRNA-LET),so as to provide a basis for new tumor markers and new therapeutic targets for gallbladder cancer.
